gfp: Rinear looks at all kinds of technicals. Macro and micro. He looks for good set ups. He prescreens maybe 20 stocks. Looks at the charts. He lets the markets open and marks the early morning highs. More often than not once the trades go through that were put in by people before they head off to work there is a pause and a retracement. If certain stocks look good to him he tells his readers to buy once the stock he recommend retraces to the morning high. Today's big trade recommendation was CAT. I didn't buy in. (Unfortunate because it picked up over $6 bucks today) I'm too busy compiling my C.Diff data and preparing to write a report for corporate clinical services.
