Yes, the small caps haven't really participated with the other main indices in recovering from the Oct '22 lows. The Russell has basically been in a sideways trading range for over a year. Still early, but seeing the small caps start to participate could suggest a return to 'risk on' and a new bull market (hopefully).

Nasdaq has been on a roll, near term overbought, but is currently taking a pause to re-test the key 13,128 area (Aug '22 high).

Btw, just curious what vehicles Rinear is using in his trading -- broad indices, individual stocks, etc? Thanks :o)
