Regarding DOG, Rinear put out a technical point about yesterday's trading on The Russell, the small caps. They broke out to the upside, which he wasn't expecting. If that continues he said it might be the case where the 7 Big Flyers pull the rest of the market up for a time. So I'm continuing to watch things before I buy more DOG. I still plan to go short with about 10% of my portfolio. Just looking for the right entry points.
