lj: Back home in Central Maryland we have a drought. No snowfall last winter, which means low ground water. It is getting serious. We'll take rain, even if it is from a tropical storm. But that usually doesn't happen here until later in the season, although the remnants of Hurricane Agnes hit in June 1972 and caused record flooding. I was young and stupid, my parents were on vacation, and we had a crawl space with 3 feet of water in it and I didn't know it!
