I was actually referring to Brett Rosen's forecast in April of the CE tag being removed
from our stock in thirty days.

Even if he meant business days (which he could have specified) rather than calendar days,
it seems like the time has (again) run out on one of his predictions about getting
this behind us once and for all...

As for the familiar refrain about the ball being in the OTC's court--fine. I get that.

But in view of at least two prior failings to have the Caveat Emptor removed by a certain date

I would have refrained from telling everyone that the matter would be resolved by
any firm date if I was Brett...

I'm still holding massively, but failures like that tend to undermine both confidence and credibility...
