Because management is incompetent... they failed at the "double crop" and now are left with a possible single crop spread out. First harvest was supposed to be June/July now they'll be lucky to get started this month. The "projected" $600k is now reduced to $300k while $384k has been spent in first quarter. Losing year assured!
Two months have been wasted by a team wilfully and wantonly lying to investors.
It is a disgrace what they are willing to do to pick investors pockets!
