LAST $CNNA THOUGHT FOR today-before PART 2
NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DD IS… now matter how great the company or technology or product is etc … THE COMPANY MUST EXECUTE… and timely.

With the DECISION to go SEC AUDITED- the current owners - Pete/Michael by way of CEO Tucker- have chosen the PATH toward corporate accountability and shareholder transparency instead of the normal anti/regulatory and sheltered routes preferred by OTC and startups Pennies.

THE BOTTOMLINE IS- due diligence for me is FUN. All of what I present is just opinion and never intended to sway one’s real or personal investment. ITS NEVER WHAT I CAN REVEAL. It’s whether these companies will ever execute. And in my experience - most DONT. That’s been my goal. To try for years- to find those gems in the OTC that have been unearthed (whether by mergers& acquisitions or SPAC etc.).

The secret is and always will be …
THE COMPANY MUST EXECUTE. . If you find a company that succeeds in getting those deliverables done - no matter the Market Tier- there is a good chance it will result it happy shareholders. Even then- So many other elements involved.

I truly hope the Company management, CPA, Auditors can bring home the deliverables this week and thst the result are happy shareholders. Time will tell. GLTA
