AS WE FOCUS ON THE KNOWN ENTITES now at PRODIGY- …According to 8K filings - and the last 4 press releases. -I have noticed they left the following in $CNNA…

The Oklahoma c juice vape line (just a start up company it appears) and the Oklahoma CBD/10k sq hemp lease … which I think is going to be rebranded eventually into PRODIGY CBD…

That would make 4 POTENTIAL REVENUE SUBS and EXPECTATIONS now $CNNA

1- PRODIGY stem cell by Pete Caruso

2- red sand health llc (Michael Kramer) now called Prodigy Health

3- a third deal (LOI) with Dr Schottel via Kramer to sell the stem cell via all of his existing clinics (33 patients) and through the medical centers one might find connected to RED SAND FINANCIAL- another company owned by Kramer.

AND THEN…

4- The c juice vape line and Oklahoma CBD/10k sq hemp lease … which I think is going to eventually become PRODIGY CBD…

THAT LIKELY WILL RESILT IN REVENUES EXCEEDING 10 mil now!!!

Clearly appears they retained the CBD in all 8k and Press releases. I wondered why they would mention CBD and regenerative medicines in all press. They kept the CBD line and lease in Oklahoma! Even though it doesn’t appear like there are many revenues yet for that CBD line- it’s a real company that Caruso and Kramer now own and there must be a reason! Then I went to the filings Again-



And again - hard to deny their intentions in this press release!



THIS WOULD MAKE 4 POTENTIAL REVENUE/ PROFIT SUBSIDIARIES offering PRODIGY BRANDED PRODUCTS/services and most of them RECURRING!

AND WHAT WOULD MAKE PROCESSING OF A CBD BUSINESS THAT MUCH EASIER? How about - One of your directors owning a Payment/merchant systems credit card company that specializes in high risk companies and healthcare startups!!

And PROOF- integrated payment solutions for credit cards!! High risk companies !! The addition of KRAMER and a CNNA Director is a major deal. He also appears to have a business relationship with Dr Schottel !

I imagine we are going to hear about that expansion deal soon using Dr Schottel as a conduit to sell the stem cell products and related prodigy product line at all the Florida clinics ! Streamline and vetically integrate.
