Why would they do the process if it’s predetermined. Might never of happened before but the reason they go through this process is to plead their case . I would think that with SNDD going through the Court system as we speak might be a good reason not to have their filings up to date . Klug and his personal friends who are invested are in the same boat we are in . We can’t change what already is we are just here waiting on the outcome.
