I have made money on selling covered call options and made a sizable chunk on straight calls back when the volatility was very high.

No options trading since then although I did buy a bunch of $8 Jan 19 2024 calls, which I am holding, that are now in the money .

Sarcasm. Because killing people is frowned upon.
