Does USSE depend on the fuel being a by-product of fertilizer production in order to qualify for the green certs? I'm a little troubled by the wording of some of the published material that seems to want to pretend that USSE is in the fertilizer business in order to get that "by-product" status.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
