LST Samsung is asking Netlist to stay a proceeding in which the entire point of the proceeding was to get the Judge to Declare that Samsung is not Infringing! If they no longer want the Judge to say they are not infringing then it follows that they must be giving up on that argument and Netlist talking Injunction......well 1+1=2
