I'd just like to add/clarify that the Google attached reply from which Bolliver is quoting, is what Google requested to be filed in today's Letter... it has not been granted yet - "Google respectfully requests that the Court grant leave for Google to file the attached reply" - either way it's going to be addressed at the May 22 hearing - "We appreciate the Court’s consideration of this request and will be prepared to address this at the argument scheduled for May 22."
