Why would Judge Gilstrap not let that story be told,I think it’s obvious.It makes it harder to appeal and win! What difference would it make wheather everyone knew it in trial or only the Juges knows it? Why would it matter when everyone knew it if Samsung was going to appeal? That statement makes no sense to me.
