$NLST I want to add to my comments yesterday,Judge Gilstrap also saw the emails between the Samsung execs. joking about taking NLST supply to zero,amongst many other pieces of evidence Jason presented at pre-trial. Jason could not use any of this evidence at trial,he basically had to win the trial with one hand tied behind his back! Why would Judge Gilstrap not let that story be told,I think it’s obvious.It makes it harder to appeal and win!
