As I stated, I am only speculating about the seemingly "unjustifiable" lack of inventory of the product. In 9/15/22 news release (https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VDRM/news/ViaDerma-Successfully-Completes-Quality-Control-Testing-of-its-New-Vitastem-Products?id=372559), excerpt stated "The initial shipment of the new products has been received by ViaDerma allowing the Company to resume their online product sales." However, through 12/31/22, there is no inventory on Balance Sheet and it is not available online, and there was ONLY $648 of sales in 4th Qtr. Then came the news announcement in 3/2/23 (https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VDRM/news/ViaDerma-Provides-an-Update-on-Current--Future-Business-Activities?id=391919) about awaiting insurance/Medicare/Medicaid approval. I was speculating that might be why, even though it is ridiculous strategy, as several have stated.

I knew it was risky to speculate, but I did anyway.
