DAR, we do not have any direct evidence that the court system is rigged, but it is an extraordinary coincidence that Amarin got them twice, and would be something beyond that if it happened a third time. The whole legal process in these matters, especially in the treatment of the Rule 60 effort, just reeks. I have zero respect how our effort was treated. We beat them fair and square, but those in control just arbitrarily turned a blind eye contrary to their oaths.
