Most of the excuses for time delay for MAA were related to manufacturing prerequisite and electronic entry/accuracy of hard data (scans with eyeballs)

Senti, whom I find mostly accurate on certain points, states the number of scans completed went up to 1.7 million from 1 million. Somehow, much earlier, Smith also knew that number increase would occur. He did not talk to the company.

Anyway, those were the sticking points. Not certain why DI would be saying still lots of work to do before MAA in. That was LP’s line six months ago.
