The NWBO P3 Trial tossed out their placebo arm and them added ECA arm for for each of the GBM arms. It was done with the trial virtually completed. ECA arms are required to be prepared and approved by the FDA BEFORE the trial BEGINS.

NWBO needs to have a completed, successful P3 trial and NWBO's P3 doesn't meet the requirements of a valid P3 trial. No conclusions can be made from a biased trial.
