JL in all the years you have been litigating to gain legal standing in either Chile and Canada you have yet to have any clean rights to your Mina Pascua Claims. Therefore MSX has been delisted to all our losses.

So yes you have received a sizeable payment and MSX has received delisting due to non substantiated legal rights to the MINING CLAIMS as per terms of the agreement you negotiated with MSX.

Had those rights been evidenced and reflected by the courts our well being would be much different today.

NO TICKY NO LAUNDRY is what we have.
