I hope so, jfr. I prefer we stay independent. But my feeling on the $3 mil….they want to give us the opportunity to hold on, at least until they get the details finalized and we see what they’ve got, without saying something that will hurt a deal or be seen as advertising by bears. Otherwise, why rush to publish yet another financing? This seems different.

Beartrap12, I think it’s a JV/partnership where more $ will come on achieved milestones like submission/acceptance/approval.
