jfr, my question, simply, is why did the company tell us about this $3 million prepayment when the terms aren’t completed? It’s not required for this quarterly report, I’m pretty sure. If this is just a financing, why not wait and 8K it when it happens? I think everybody is missing the point. The company rushed this into the quarterly report two days before the quarterly comes out. Why was it so important for shareholders to know now that we have a 3 million dollar prepayment on the purchase of securities? They’re not near bankruptcy, right?
