as he says nothing short of amazing to do it in such a short time frame , but then why wasn't the traditional 48 months forecast when announced and so this would then be good news, instead it seems that it will be end Q2 when fully turned on?

They have at last contracted the NY construction as well as texas and may be Louisiana - how can they have been forecasting ready dates when no contracts to build were in place?
Definitely time for some new experienced blood from other industries to be appointed - either to the board or to the C suite.
