I think with this kind of static situation for Amarin and a news void, we are all getting a little paranoid. Understandable as for many of us this has been a long and arduous path. To illustrate, you said this 4 days ago:

Why does everyone think Denner is in such a rush to sell? He has never said that he is. In fact, he has explicitly stated that he is NOT in a rush with any of his investments. He's got holdings going back 5, 6, 7 years. He doesn't flip his holdings. Amarin is his newest acquisition, now at almost 2 years old.

It would be GREAT to hear something from them, but I don't think he's going anywhere soon.

And, if Denner could get us $6 in the next couple of months, I will gladly take it, and not think for one moment that he screwed us some way.

Now 4 days later you sound radically different and yet I know of no news during these last 4 days that should have done that.

I mean we (Amarin) are in one tough place. Scripts in the U.S. steadily, even if it is slowly, are and will decline. EU is as slow, no slower than molasses, because at least molasses eventually runs. Previous management would have continued GIA under these conditions and would have had to dilute and RS and our investment then would make $6 look like a King's ransom.
