CanTrump use Tacopina’s words for an appeal if he loses?

I doubt it. In that case, he'd be trying to show his attorney worked agains his interests. I believe those kinds of claims rarely succeed.

And in any case, Trump had already said--quite publicly--that he had no intention of attending the trial. Then yesterday he said something different. The judge, offering him all the leeway possible, gave him till 5 p.m. Sunday to make up his mind.

So I don't think Trumpty has any grounds for complaint.

I'm far from being a big fan of Tacopina, but I almost feel sorry for him, trying to deal with the idiot.
