The key issue is how ENZC IP will be handled in the deal : are the patents transfered or ENZC gets royalties under the existing agreements? My issue is a potential conflict of interest as ENZC officers will be running BGEN and VIRO under the Sagaliam banner. They might want to favor their new employer
