New name for Reverse Split:
$WALRF effective May 9, 2023, that the Company will consolidate the common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation Shares (the "Consolidation"). The Company's name and stock symbol will remain unchanged following the Consolidation. The new CUSIP number will be 58518J200 and the new ISIN number will be CA58518J2002 for post Consolidation Shares.
