Remember William Todd Hirschy? He promoted SAEI back in 2010-2011. At the time, he called himself "Todd". Since that really delicious scam went down the tubes, he's apparently been calling himself "William".

Today, the SEC charged Lee Cohen, an associate of Hirschy's, in connection with the manipulation of HD View 360 (HDVW) in 2017:

But the SEC did go after Hirschy and a number of others in 2018. They FBI got involved, conducting an undercover operation:

At the time, that was a pretty big deal because of Beaufort Securities, but I'd entirely missed Hirschy's participation. This was the complaint as to Hirschy:

As the complaint in the Cohen case explains, Hirschy was criminally charged in June 2018, and pled guilty. He is, they say, still awaiting sentencing. Sheesh.
