Please tell me, what stops? Please explain the process of FDA/CDSCO clinical trials and obtaining a hospital to host these trials. How would you go about contacting these hospitals? How would you persuade them that your experiment is worth more than all the others? Etc etc. What PI will conduct the trials? Who will fund the trials? IRB? Cost? Design? Timelines? I could go on and on.
