It wouldn't surprise me if LP actually has an informal agreement for a buyout, but I'd be willing to bet the price is somewhere over $20 billion and in order to make it happen I believe that the share price ought to be at least half of what they'll be paying. I

Im convinced Eden does not play any role in the acquisition of NWBO. If it was a prerequisite for NWBO acquisition then Staff working on Eden would be many more than 2 as it is now. Also, it would be incredibly unrealistic for Merck to demand Eden to be certified before acquiring NWBO since Eden is just not where the state of technology is right now. NWBO has put Eden on the backseat for now with 2 working on the project and the main engineer vanished and not being replaced.

Perhaps it could even be revenue reaching a specific level. In short, the goal could be achievable this year, or could take at least a couple years to achieve.

Then Im coming back to what I posted before. Where is the DCVAXL sales team? Even if NICE has not appraised DCVAXL after approval yet, still NWBO should in that case start preparing sales and could already start selling and marketing it.

No, Im convinced NWBO will be acquired after either MHRA or FDA approval. That is not years but within 6-12 months max after MHRA approval.
