Why put in a new CEO and pay him 240,000 annually when li could have stayed as CEO and continued to pay out nothing?

Why go through the trouble of forging new partnerships with YiHao, etc. if just plan on leaving a shell.

These are just a couple of activities that run contrary to your thesis.
