There is nothing worse than a scam (or scammers). A scam is a scam, however, the statement being responded too is garbage. That's been stated over and over in various forms countless times man.
Typical "Non-disclosing promoter," "CONsultants," "Carnies" "fraud" and a host of other associated words. Just BS.
The 8Ks state otherwise regarding the assets. If those are fraudulent misrepresentations as you claim then they will get into deep trouble over it yes?
