The 8-K's regarding an instant magical book value of 35 cents are fraudulent misrepresentations.

There are no 3.1 billion in assets here.

The CEO is a non disclosing promoter turned insider.

The CONsultants are also non disclosing promoters in reality.

The CEO is under investigation for manipulative trading in other scams.
