This is my only post. BTW- Do I like the above scenario. The answer is NO. But, NWBO lack of financials have put tremendous impact on company's progress.

Im not sure either if the BO will be after FDA or MHRA approval. After everything is submitted to the FDA and the MHRA, and the MHRA has granted approval Merck (if its Merck) will know FDA approval is just a formality.

I do believe 10 billion is too low of a buyout price given the fact that Merck is paying $10.8 billion for a company with no approved drugs (Prometheus Biosciences), so it is reasonable to pay at least x2 that amount for NWBO.
