Guess that depends on how they define "most".?? Anyone that is NOT part of "for most people" and not part of "most symptoms" are shaking their heads at that. Nothing like using 2020 data to talk about long covid--gosh if you add in 2018 and 2019 there isn't really any issues.

As 1 or the Drs commented He thinks the study’s message may be too optimistic, owing to its design. and “It doesn’t mean that some people are not improving. We see a big improvement in some individuals … . I wish this was normally the case, but it’s really too rosy to be true.”

Guess that is why these long covid clinics keep popping up--don't forget the great tri-state area. Those places are staying in business for some reason.
Some how--some way--more people keep having long covid. Makes sense because more people keep getting covid--some have been infected 3+ times, regardless of vaxx and boosters. And EACH infection makes you a candidate for long covid

Make sure you know if you can get Paxlovid. Not everyone is elgible. It is not always available. Your Dr might not like the DDI if you are on other meds. But it is a good 3CL Protease Inhibitor
Another option might be Shionogi--IF you can get in the trial and are not the placebo arm
Another option is Tollovid--from Todos--OTC 3CL Protease Inhibitor
