And questionable governance early on would be my guess about her inability to accept partnerships. She held all the cards with control of Cognate. Wouldn’t surprise me if Ondra was brought on by Woodford to start looking at partnerships and valuing the company properly for such a deal. Instead of 1.7 Billion shares authorized we would probably looking at 200 million instead with a partnership made back then. Do the math if the partner got 50%. We would still be much better off. And yes Woodford would have probably still gone under but it would not have mattered to us shareholders.
Wall Street money looks at that and cannot get near us until she starts owning up.
