Was wondering how that would work. Nanoviricides is manufacturing and shipping the drug. From the below, I had assumed that Karveer would be doing the manufacturing, but I guess not just yet:

In particular, AllExcel and Dr. Anil Diwan are investing in Karveer Meditech to serve as the Manufacturer of the nanomedicines developed by AllExcel INC USA, formulated into appropriate drug products by the two companies together, and manufactured by Karveer Meditech.

Should Karveer manufacture the drugs for sales by NanoViricides outside the Territory, there will be no royalty payable on such sale of the drug products, and NanoViricides shall pay Karveer for such drug product purchases from Karveer at a rate that will be negotiated from time to time between the Parties.

I wonder if Diwan will try to say that NNVC is selling the drugs to someone and thus taking the 30%+ cost for AllExcel/Diwan, then with Karveer/Diwan running the trial, will take another 30%+ cost for running the trial for NNVC. Unbelievable how this Nanoviricides/Diwan is padding the pocketbook of AllExcel/Diwan and Karveer/Diwan. Can't think of any other company that is set up this way.

But overall, this is good news, assuming that they will actually run a trial. Would love to see some details on what kind of trial they will be running. What formulation? What dose? What patients? Where? What endpoints?
