But overall, this is good news, assuming that they will actually run a trial. Would love to see some details on what kind of trial they will be running. What formulation? What dose? What patients? Where? What endpoints?

We'll find out eventually, hopefully sooner rather than later.

I don't like how Diwan appears to be self-dealing - again - but with a trial going forward it would give us all an opportunity to recoup some of our old losses with a share price rise.
