It is NOT a fact if the deal fell through. Remember Soleil was doing a deal with XU and that in itself raises an eyebrow. Also the fact that management (NEW MANAGEMENT) never gave anyone the time of day. This might further indicate the deal fell through. Hard to believe new management could be that big of AH's and not give shareholders a two line statement such as we are on the one yard line (like Daniel said). What Daniel says IMO is all suspect as nothing he said ever appears to have happened.
