Seriously. That's the reply? Then I must have misinterpreted what you said. I would assume if ones purport to be interested they would try to at least ask the source. Hmm interesting. But I'm just a realist who tries not to prejudge people, who looks for the good in people unless given a reason to feel or believe otherwise.

Don't people trade stocks? Does everyone always get it right when conducting DD to make sure as best they can whether or not to trade it? No one gets things right 100% of the time pro or con a stock. No one.

Please explain why the constant reference to the late 10K being filed by Monday. Don't auditors work on such things? And what pray tell will happen if it doesn't come by Monday but after that date? Of course if it comes by Monday, great.
