Yes they are a dime a dozen out in the business world but generally ones in pennyland serve no useful purpose. Innovative patents are a different story so as not to minimize the significance of patents.

I think it is very much appropriate and worth commenting on instead of just dismissing.

It's NOT reverse splits either as in plural. It's reverse split as in singular.

The company has always been quite solid as to their filings.

And it's not hard to change the status from "provisional" either. It's just a process.
