Patents are a dime a dozen in pennyland. Especially provisional patents. So not even really worth commenting on them.
Still catching up here.
Didn’t realize Jon had been grooming David for awhile now for CEO position. Noted one of his and Jon patents were filed in 2019.

With the arrival of Holly voting on name changes and reverse splits I do wonder if we will be seeing a repeat of his history with filings - or should I say lack of them.

Monday is just a few days away. Having an audited filing submitted to the SEC will be an important step for David - as his name will be on the line if things go wrong.
Have they submitted the name change and reverse split request to FINRA for processing (not approval!) yet? That would be good to know as well.
