Thermo has 158 followers on Ihub which is almost double the next closest I can find in NWBO's space.

Larry Smith has 1800 followers on twitter and posts almost entirely about NWBO. Only person I can find on twitter that posts mostly about NWBO and has more followers is Annie Post.

So yes, those would be two of the most followed NWBO social media accounts.
