Would think the most important criteria in financing would be the ability to repay. Repayment confidence and assesment of risk would likely weigh heavily on the ability to be succesful where it matters the most - in the marketplace ie win profitable business on an ongoing business.

While it's interesting to talk about a building, and ordering equipment etc. The plan and vision on how to win where it matters the most, the marketplace, is of equal if not greater importance. Would think the go to market plan, including rollout, would likely factor prominently in the loan/financing equation. Sales structure, product features/benefits, competitive landscape etc. Would hope these items get more discussion as we move forward.

If they got the money to buy the property, equipment and the labor force to install it they secured the loan. (IMHO , Still think 50 mill in insurance wrap is being confused with needing to borrow 50 million dollars to get operational. We will see)
