under the terms of the GSA, all outstanding issues between WMI, FDIC, and JPM came to resolution, and WMI received 6.5 billion dollars for all outstanding claims against each other... there would be no GSA if there were still outstanding issues that needed to be resolved outside the terms of the GSA... thats what a GSA is, a GLOBAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT OF ALL OUTSTANDING ISSUES BETWEEN ALL PARTIES INVOLVED, AND SIGNING RELEASES HELD AGAINST EACH OTHER..... hence JPM is through paying more for assets received in the Receivership..... 1.89 billion was the final price tag for which JPM acquired WAMU...JPM, however did give WMI 25 million for the stock of Visa, and some other trivia claims, but all in all, JPM is done with more payouts to WMI...Lodas
