It’s painfully obvious that Linda wanted NWBO to simply be a special purpose vehicle for their own benefit. For the most part, NWBO is just a holding company to own the patents and raise additional capital. And then everything else involved in the process appears to be outsourced with little routine internal oversight, in my opinion.

And now everyone is paying the price for this as evidenced by continued delays and excuses. It’s more than 30 months since DL, and no applications for approval of DCVax have been submitted. Is this anywhere close to normal?
