When I was working indoors I used nicotine pouches to get through the day in between break and lunch time. These were the ones but there are others on the market and I'm sure they are all the same. I didn't have to spit because you can easily ingest the product unlike tobacco.

I know they work because one time I left one in my mouth, went down to have a smoke, got close to being physically ill and damn near passed out. It was like catching that very first drag all over again after 20+ years of smoking.

I eventually weaned myself off with patches but my health insurance covered them so they were totally free to me with a prescription and did the same job.
