There will be a delay created by Sharp because there isn't any real company that would use FORW to go public.

Sharp hasn't accomplished anything in 4 years as the CEO but now a few think he will have a great merger lined up - he won't.

Sharp hasn't filed a Form 10 - when will that happen? Will it be another GVSI?
