These are financial numbers that are late. Pending deals outside of statistical financial numbers have nothing to do with the required posting of financial information. Additional company progress and deals may be communicated in the commentary of the financials to the stockholders, but delaying what IS required is not ever deemed as positive. Continuous action of delaying financials is not good accounting practice and has never been interpreted by the market as a positive. Sorry.
