Hey BeetFarmer...I've been trying to get some work done around here.

BTW, do you consider it sacrilege to cook ribs (pork) in the oven? Am using some of Phil's special BBQ sauce with a few drops of Janice Shell's HOT peppah sauce added (mucho, mucho caliente).
